Warming up

Joe is playing football tonight so he thought he'd warm up by spending the afternoon throwing shapes on his mate's trampoline. I've just had to spray the deep freeze on his back as he's knacked it contorting himself.

I was up at sparrows fart again this morning, beef casserole in the slow cooker and then writing more documents from 7am. Quick breather at the beach late afternoon before picking up the bouncy boy and now it's time to get him round to the football.
