Dinner is served

After scooting up to watch the pros play tennis at Craiglockhart with the wee CEO he decided to cook us all dinner...

He'd chosen two cook books from the library. One was Thai. So he chose to make us a pawpaw cocktail - served in the fruit - and Thai chicken skewers with a satay sauce and then, from the other book, meringues!

He chopped, scooped, whisked, blended, stirred and after loads of effort and concentration he actually made us all dinner.

All we did was the grilling. And the dishes, of course.
