Greenock

Busy day in Greenock. Starting with a visit to the Sugar Sheds with Alec Galloway, who kindly showed us around and answered our questions on the building and the Absent Voices project (also on blip), all in the fairly miserable weather - as you can see from the blip....

Then quickly round to the Dutch Gable House, built in 1755, for a wee visit with Inverclyde Community Development Trust who are doing amazing things. Look forward to a longer visit next time.

Then over to the Beacon (by this time we were pretty sodden) for a great lunch and a great meeting. Was really struck by how much is happening in Inverclyde and how joined up it already seems to be - more exiting happenings coming soon.
