May 2014 Challenge - Mayonnaise

Its not easy to "interpret" mayonnaise. Its, well, mayonnaise. But hey - a blip should require effort.

So - my son and I made home-made mayonnaise. Egg yolk, rape seed oil, 1/2 teaspoon mustard, salt, and a quick dollop of rice wine vinegar. It was a bit runny (my first time making it) but was delicious on this fresh spinach and tuna salad for dinner.
