This is really gonna hurt...

... and it did.

Sometimes you watch something going horribly wrong, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it - except keep watching. This was one of those moments.

After yesterday's adventurous day gorge walking (sorry, too wet for my camera, so no pics), the remaining stag party boys went for a nice safe mountain biking session along the canal from Linlithgow to the bings. Great biking on rolling tracks up and down the old shale piles.

On the last run before heading for home, some of the boys decide to do a wee drop off. Four went down fine - number five didn't. Luckily we were only 100m from the road, so he was able to walk to a spot where the the ambulance could find us. A badly broken collar bone for sure, and he's off now to get everything else assessed and patched up.
