Definite rest-day, following yesterday's 22-mile exploits ;-)

Bit sore this morning, but nothing seriously awry - which is a relief at this stage of the training!

Had a very pleasant evening going to visit a new great nephew over at Wishaw General Hospital ... I am 50 remember!

Took this shot waiting for the bus, having dropped my City Car Club vehicle off at St. Giles Street: got married in part of these India Buildings, which used to be the city's main Registrar's Office.
