Wee skis

I'm not really happy with this, but it does capture the day. Lots of slogging up hill and seemingly not a lot of satisfying down. I know that there was actually more down than up since we started near the appartment and ended down in the village - circumnavigating a big hill. The snow to the North was cloying and slow and the snow to the south was slushy and melting. And by the end I was pretty tired.

I wasn't happy with the Austrian ski shop man that told me my skis and bindings were 20 years out of date yesterday. Thats cos he is catering for folk that want to use preploughed tracks, and I'm using that as training for touring.
