Mossy Valley

I was out on the way to the home brew store so thought I would drop in to Girrahween Park where I was yesterday. I took the little tripod today so was able to cope with the low light. I intend to head back to this spot when it is raining as I think it might offer something more interesting.

A few years ago a long battle took place by locals to protect this area of virgin bush from being bulldozed to make way for the M5 motorway. The result was the motorway is in a tunnel.
