Simple is best sometimes

Average day at work, fairly busy, nothing to write home about (oh my life is so exciting!).

Decided to go simple for dinner tonight and have some potato waffles with fish fingers and peas, I haven't had them in years. I'd forgotten how much fun you can have with potato waffles!!
