Awnings

Guilty, your honour. Guilty of Blipfoto neglect.

Extenuating circumstances? Settling back after the trip to France; sorting through photographs from that trip and uploading two albums to Flickr; readjusting to Irish weather.

There's stuff in the blip can which will find its way here eventually. In the mean time, I fell back into a sort of a routine today and met two mates for our monthly coffee get-together which has been disrupted for the last few months. Then I had things to do in town, tickets to get for next month's performance of Kurt Weill's Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny, and some blipping to do between the many showers (it was a quintessentially Irish 'showery' day).

I took temporary shelter from one of the showers under these awnings outside Fallon & Byrne's deli-cum-wine-shop on Exchequer Street.
