Blackburian Warbler

Today, Edward and I were sitting outside on the patio when we noticed a number of small birds going after the buds on the trees around our garden. We also noticed that some had an orange bip, something we had not seen before. We looked them up in the bird book and found they were Blackburian Warblers....a bird we have never seen before! A small flock passing by on their way north and a nice treat to see! We also think there may have been some Black and White Warblers with them, these ones were about the same size but stripped black and white and seemed more interested in the bark of the trees!
