Post Run

Today was a busy day, i accomplished alot. I was in NAFTA training at work, then went to a meditation class, came home and suited up for a run with my 4 legged friend. So this picture is of me in my jammies at 10 pm which is kinda ironic cause usually at this time im heading out the door to walk my dog in order to get my 10,000 steps in. But tonight i will sit and watch the boston vs montreal playoff game.
