panther in the gable end

This is in Maryhill Road, not far from the Locks. Yesterday it was just an outline and grid marked out for drawing it. This morning this. I like how an artist can conjure a thing. Like a sculptor finding the form in a block of stone.

I always wished I could draw. I can't. Things like this panther emerging from a gable end always really impress me. There are lots of these around the city the now, mostly celebrating the upcoming Commonwealth Games. That artists can find these images inside a blank canvas, or wall is genius to me.
