Rusty

I'm back on track with the May Challenge by AnnieMay and MollyMay which is now looking at colours. Today's colour is Metallic, so I took the opportunity to head down to the Basingstoke Canal Centre at Mytchett after work to see if there was any old machinery around with interesting colours

One of the first objects I saw was an old winch, still complete with it's metal cable. The cable was nicely rusted, presenting interesting colour and form. I think I could have afforded more DOF, but never the less I think it meets the brief!
