Frank

Frank (Frankie, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Delano, etc.) is our 3 1/2 year old shih-tzu chihuahua rescue from Puerto Rico. When he came to Animals in Need in Oak Harbor, he was covered in matted dread locks and very sad, having been abandoned first and then at a rudimentary rescue facility for a few months. He has grown into an extroverted man's man, and is one of those little ones at 11 pounds that acts like a much larger dog, not at all the stereotypical nipping yapper. These days, he is one happy camper in need of nothing more than a trim. :) His eye is reflecting the living room and contents.
