Calm week- long view

Calm advice for today from the little book of calm- 'Take a long distance view. Your eyes are at their most relaxed when they focus on distance scenes- especially natural ones. And when your eyes are relaxed, your body starts to relax.'

Fed up Friday. My colleagues were all getting ready to work an hour after we usually finish on Friday and I was going to stay on to send some e-mails and update some files. They convinced me to leave it to Monday as I was frustrated and tired. Got home and my eyes were sore, so decided to try this one. I went for a walk in my area to take in this view of the Pentlands. Not sure taking in the view worked, but getting some fresh air and exercise helped.
