This is an installation called "The British Library" by Yinka Shonibare MBE, c0-commissioned by House 2014 and the Brighton Festival.

It's in the Brighton Museum and Art Gallery, in the library. Every book is re-wrapped in brightly coloured covers to stunning effect.
