THE BURNING BUSH

Also known as" moquinella rubra", "lighted candles mistletoe" or "vuurhoutjievoelent".
We call it "the burning bush". Not sure where I got this from. The reference is to the story of Moses and the burning bush. We pass this bush on our Sunday walk and have been waiting for the flowers to open. I realized that the sun was just behind hill and that if I could crouch down low enough I could capture the sun's rays that would enhance the feeling of the bush burning. However the old knees are not what they used to be so there was much wobbling. Will try again next week with a tripod to help!
