Hotel d'Este Milan

New city, new hotel. This is - I think - my first ever visit to Milan. The hotel room is fine for one night but I haven't been in one so snug since, ooh, I was last in northern Italy (Trieste, as it happens).

The perfectly respectable Hotel d'Este. I will have to close the window when I go to sleep - as it's on a main road, but generally it's ok.

It's also walking distance from the city centre, although it wasn't just around the corner (about 25 mins).
