Thrift

It is a strange thing but the better the weather the closer to home I seem to stay. While not warm today it was dry and the sun shone so a walk along my favourite stretch of spring / summer road to see if there were any wild flowers out yet.

There were plenty at the early stages of blooming including Thrift, Kidney Vetch, Campion, Common Dog-Violet and Cuckoo Flower as well as the well established Primroses. Plenty more to come though.
