Pub Quiz success!

It wasn't that we won the quiz, but it definitely was a successful night.

A fun idea discussed with friends a couple of months back, saw them put together a set of quiz questions. A few posters were made to display at the rugby club, and news of the proposed event spread via Facebook and word of mouth.

Tonight, we saw first hand how much club events like this are appreciated.

A great number of players from all sections, family members, and children enjoyed a fun night together. The quiz itself was good, and held in a great atmosphere. The winners left with a well earned cash prize, and big smiles.

V and I enjoyed running the night, and loved seeing the club being used by so many members for an activity which encompassed all the different member groups.

The positive feedback from the participants, and ideas proposed for future nights like this, mean there will be more!
