antenatal

this picture ended up (non-intentionally) looking a little fetal. I look like I'm still, cocooned within a warm, silent world of amniotic fluid and placental nutrition .
it's weird that this is how it turned out as I actual send a good chunk of my day on a 60mile round trip to visit my mum. she wasn't feeling great last night, fell and hurt her knee and was exhausted. this afternoon I awoke from a nap with an overwhelming urge to visit her . so I arrived with flowers, cake and a new novel for her and whiled away a few hours yapping and gossiping. as teaching her Facebook :-)

so today's blip is an ode to my mummy
