I rode 45 mi on my bicycle for a training exercise.

What a gorgeous day for it.

Way out into the country circling around the Fern Ridge Reservoir and then back to downtown Eugene onto the U of O campus and home again.

Whew, I'm pooped after 4 1/2 hours on my bike.
