Exciting Day

The first week of a new minifigures series is always an exciting time at our house.

We have 201 different ones so far. 12 regular sets, the London Olympics special set (thanks S1 & S2!) and a bonus man that came with the series 1-10 hardcover catalogue which we of course needed.

The toy shop staff sometimes recognise us and on occasion have helped us sift through hundreds of packets for the last one we need to collect. They know they aren't for a child and they don't think any less of us for it.

My husband is in for a treat today (and maybe some of tomorrow) because I have hidden an undisclosed number of these around the house.

I will now be on the look out for the rumoured Simpsons house to accompany the characters.

**edit: I just found the Simpsons house online. It's *gulp* $399.99! Maybe Santa will bring it if we're good ALL year**
