Gigandes

another famous dish from greek cuisine - gigandes, otherwise known as giant beans, baked in the oven

i had to be really organised to make sure that i could cook this on monday night in time for tomorrow's main meal of the day - we may call it lunch, but it's eaten after everyone comes home form work/school
