Happy new year?

The year doesn't end in the happiest way possible in Finland. This morning a man shot his ex girlfriend in her apartment and 4 of her work mates at mall Sello at Espoo and he finally killed also himself.

The city of Espoo canceled a new year party and a concert due to the massacre. Most people, at least here at the neighboring city Vantaa, were still celebrating new year as usual, including shooting fireworks. Therefore I climbed the hill nearby. Despite the good view to all directions from the top I took my best shots after climbing down.

Let's hope 2010 will be a good one.
