Hydration

I fill this thing up with ice water at least 3 times a day. Drinking as much water as I do has got to be the easiest and most effective way to lose weight, I've found. Down a few inches already and the only change I've implemented has been to up the water intake. I'll be back in the gym soon, so who knows how that'll go
