Damn that screw

Well I went to HIIT this morning for the first time in 4weeks and it almost killed me!! But in a good way!!

Got the old mop cut this morning too before heading to work!!

Half a day on a Monday is going to be a challenge as spent the morning clock watching!!

When I finally got out of work after an eventful afternoon I found a lovely flat tyre!! Being the young lady I am I got onto google and watched a quick clip before attacking the problem head on!

Changed my tyre all by myself!! So now all I need to do is get a new tyre at some point to replace it! God knows how I will do this when I am in work at 7:45am and don't get out till 5:30pm
