Psilithrias

In 1953 there was a massive earthquake on Kefalonia that destroyed nearly all of the buildings on the island, save for some parts in the north. The result was a mass exodus and even those with homes still standing were left with hardly anything. Psilithrias was an old subsistence farming village that survived the quake, but couldn't carry on. It's a fascinating place to mooch around and little vignettes of social history like this shot only hint at what once was.
