May challenge - mocha

Wow what a challenge - coffee and chocolate - both great favorites of mine, so what could be better than the two together. No it doesn't work for me, best kept separate, a shot of espresso with a bar of chocolate, just heaven! No hot milk for me either!

Coffee is cultivated primarily in equatorial Latin America, Southeast Asia, South Asia and Africa. Cafe Mocha originated from the early coffee exporters from the Red Sea coastal town of Mocha, Yemen. It is based on espresso and hot milk, but with added chocolate.

My thanks to the cocoa growers in the tropical regions of Africa, Asia, South and central America. Cocoa beans come from cocoa trees which originated in the upper Amazon basin. The Aztecs realised that the beans could be transformed into a drink and became a valuable currency.
