Cloudscape II

I decided to go for a walk in the meadows after tea. I could see that there were some wonderful clouds forming again, and I thought I might get a good shot of them.

While in the meadow I noticed a Ladybird in the grass near where I had placed my camera bag, so I quickly changed lenses to my macro for a first real attempt at a macro shot of an insect in the wild. I managed to get one shot before it disappeared further into the thick grass.

I quite liked this picture of one of the hedges in the meadows, complete with longer grass and the cloudscape behind. I think it worked better in mono as it seemd to fetch out the detail in the sky more.
