Azalea invasion

Is there something like "front yard envy"? Because it would certainly apply to that house, the crown jewel of azalea blooming. The whole neighborhood by the National Cathedral in Washington DC is absolutely beautiful, but this house takes a special prize for most beautiful azalea bushes.
