Redwing Black bird landing

Today started out very early with thunderstorms rolling though around 4 am. It stayed cloudy this morning however the sun came out this afternoon and warmed things up. There was some humidity in the air so felt quite warm.

I took a short walk in the park with a goal to get a shot of the redwing black bird on my hand, and on my first try success. I have to be fast with the camera as the bird does not like it very much . I have a few months with this bird in the area so I might get better close up!
