All You Can Eat Ice Cream

Well, theoretically, it doesn't qualify as true ice cream as there is no cream in it whatsoever. Here is the easiest, tastiest "ice cream" recipe I've ever tried. I suspect it might even be good for you:

- Take three overripe bananas, peel off their skin and freeze them.

- Grab a big handful of ripe strawberries (I used about 5-6), freeze them as well.

- Place the frozen fruit into a food processor, add about a teaspoon of vanilla extract and about half a cup of coconut milk. Turn on the food processor and blitz it for about 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

- Get a big spoon and dig in.
