Don Quioxte and the Hyperion Bank

On the triangle of ground where 2nd Street, American Street and Girard Avenue meet, there is, for some reason, a large statue of Don Quioxte. He guards the whimsical Hyperion Bank which has an oversized picture of the Three Stooges inside, claiming them as the bank's first customers. Funkiness is all around.
