Fizzy grapes?

I was thoroughly spoilt today when my dear friend JustEnj0y treated me to a belated birthday lunch at her favourite restaurant, The Pass. We worked our way through the. "Gourmet Experience" , a menu of small tasty courses. There are five courses on the written menu but in between there were delectable "amuses bouches". Each dish was a work of art, and the delight of The Pass is that the diners overlook the kitchen, and watching the infinite care and patience that goes into the preparation of each dish was quite fascinating.
I blipped the cheese course which included fizzy grapes! Joy blipped the little chocolates served with our coffee.
