Plan B Dinner

Tonight was meant to be filet mignon done on the BBQ, served with an arugula salad. However it was thundering and pouring with rain outside, so we switched to "plan B", reheated home made lamb burgers from last weekend, mutant frozen samosas from Giant and a baby lettuce salad. It turned out pretty well. Watch this space for "Filet Friday", weather permitting!
