Seminars Complete

Today I spent he day giving to seminars at work, this is something new for me I have never had to do it in the time I had to work there. It turned out to be quite successful with a couple stumbles along the way. We ran out of time in the morning session and the afternoon I lost train of thought as I was trying to hurry to make sure we could complete the info in the afternoon.

Glad things will return to normal at work now this has been completed
