Seascape

Can you guess what this is? An ultrasound image of my right palm! There is a bone, and a tendon, a blood vessel or two. On the tech's monitor it looked like the ocean, in constant living motion, rolling and flowing. It was lovely. And remarkable to know that the pulsating living thing was me!

The test was done because I have occasional pain in my hand, but I wasn't the least bit interested in that outcome. I just wanted to watch my living self. The radiologist was very accommodating.
