In every expression there is beauty

Just love this flower in it's various forms, new born as the first sign of spring or opened up together with hundred others forming an intense yellow carpet or fading.

Walked down to a gym during lunch. At the this health centre they have a group where the minimum (yes!) age is 90. It's a well observed swedish project and in collaboration with the doctor who owns the health centre, working with increasing health among the most elderly.
When I passed they were having coffee out on the terrace. They celebrated a buddy who turns 100 today.

A lady in the dressing room with me said that she wouldnt like to have her father going to the gym. "Let them have some piece and quiet!".

For the 90+ group is about moving the body and maybe most of all coming out and seeing others.
