Bones

My collar bone is still broken, 7 weeks on and no signs of healing - they wouldn't let me take a picture of the x-ray so here is my artist impression. I am now being seen privately which is a revelation. I always take a close look at the x-ray and it?s amazing how the bones have moved about in this case, I now have a zoro?esc ?Z? shaped collar bone that will require an operation to fix ? a plate and graft. They take some bone from my hip and put it in the fracture after clearing out all the old bone mess, then add a plate into the mix and screw it together. Sounds sore already! But lets crack on and get it fixed.
