Blue Ridge Mountains with cow and calf

We traveled into the country for our soccer game today. I took a little walk to see if I could get a nice shot of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Over the hill from the sports complex was a lovely pasture with cows and donkeys. Absolutely beautiful.

Unfortunately there was a high voltage power line running through the pasture as well.

It took some framing but I did get Sharp Top in the picture with this cow feeding her calf.

It was a beautiful day to be sitting in the sunshine.
