Hat Lady at the Oxford farmer's market

This Saturday morning is when I was to pick up some of those wonderful, fresh eggs from the woman who sells her hats, baked goods, preserves and eggs from her beloved chickens.
We had a big storm this week and the roof blew off the hen house! Excitement for the hens!!
She is holding up a Rhubarb-Strawberry Pie (I bought a slice-- not the whole thing since it is made with sugar -- It tasted delicious... the crust was heavenly). The pies with stars are made with stevia. I am just beginning to use this sweetener. It comes from a green herb named Stevia.
