My feet after busting my PB on the 3.2 mile road run I do. Managed to get it in 26:02.

Ugly photo I know but it reminds me that it is always best to tackle the things we are weak at and not avoid them. I hate(d) cardio and when I started doing that route last year I was taking 35 minutes to complete it. Now I love it as I feel my fitness improving all the time.

I'm feeling kinda contemplative today so want everyone to try and get better at the the things they are are weak at and don't concentrate on the stuff you are already good at.
