A Moorish Culinary Tour

Tonight we enjoyed a fabulous Moorish dinner with three other couples. Our hosts set the theme, decorated a lovely table on their covered patio and prepared wonderful lamb and fish dishes. We brought a variety of tapas, as did another couple - along with a delicious salad, and the fourth couple prepared a scrumptious pastry stuffed with ground nuts and dusted in sugar with rosewater.

It was great to sit outside all evening, although it did get pretty chilly eventually. Most of the time we were having too much fun to worry about it - And plentiful Spanish wines and sherries ensured our blood maintained a somewhat lower freezing point :)
