House sold!

This is the list of viewers to see the house between yesterday and today. Didn't manage to get to the end of it as a lovely lady, who is local, and downsizing made an offer we couldn't refuse. Exactly what we'd hoped for. For sale board up late Friday pm and 14 lots of viewers booked over the two days. Absolutely delighted and now can get back to normality. There is that PhD hanging about that I desperately want to get my teeth into and Cardross here we come! Tonight though it's a bottle of wine and some Indian food.
