Whining, and dining

Sunday meal this evening with Dad, P and H. Sun going down over the hillside and the light through the wine bottle took my eye.

Went to Quaker meeting this morning, lovely start to the day although drifted off and only came back when I became aware of movement around me at the end. A good catch-up with them this morning, after the walk yesterday to the virtuous Well [which a couple of them attended]. K has picked up some more reading material - think we have enough to keep us going for a month or so.

Took Dad in to visit Mum at the hospital this afternoon, after a sweaty two hours cutting the grass. Thought rain was forecast for tomorrow, could have put it off another day! Mum not so good today, just sat with her for several stretches, just being with her.
