Spider(s)

At first I couldn't work out what I was looking at through the viewfinder. Then it dawned on me that it was an adult spider and a newly hatched one on the left.

Some days there seems to be a plethora of images all vying for selection then there's days like today when the elements are all there (good quality light, slight breeze, interesting subject) and more that two thirds of the shots go in the bin. Yesterday was the opposite. Oh well swings and roundabouts, that's what it is, swings and roundabouts. Nice to see that the BBC weather forecasters got it completely wrong today. Wall to wall warm sunshine.
