Naval Party

Lothian Gay and Lesbian Switchboard held a fundraising ceilidh in the Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh in November - these ceilidhs held twice a year proved to be five star socialising events. Switchboard provided services to the gay community for some thirsty years and was a lifeline to those disenfranchised from society. As society become more tolerant and online services became available the need for helplines such as LGBS diminished and the service ended in December 2009. This ceilidh proved to be a final fling.
