Beautiful Iris In The Neighborhood

It was so fun to take a walk around the neighborhood and take in the different iris that my neighbors have growing in their gardens. My absolute favorite has to be these that occupy quite an area in a fellow "artists" front yard only a block away. She posted some photos about a week ago on Facebook, but I thought I should get "up close and personal" with them. They are so fascinating...so many beautiful parts...I can see why my great-grandfather from Norway loved to paint them.
